These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases and use of the product listed above. By purchasing this product, you enter into a binding agreement with the seller.
2. Product Description
Film Tone S3 is a professionally developed video LUT (Look-Up Table) and powergrade delivered exclusively as a digital download. It is designed for use in professional video editing and colour grading software.
Due to its nature as a digital file, the product is delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded.
3. License Grant
Upon completing your purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this product for your own purposes, subject to the following conditions:
- You may use Film Tone S3 in your own personal and commercial video projects (including client work).
- You may install the product on your own devices for your own use only.
- You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, gift, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the product files to any third party, whether for free or for payment.
- You may NOT include the raw product files (LUT or powergrade files) in any bundle, template pack, preset collection, or any digital product offered to others.
- You may NOT use this product to create a competing product or derivative product for sale or distribution.
- You may NOT claim authorship or original ownership of the product.
This license is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
4. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THIS PRODUCT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Because this is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase and can be accessed or downloaded instantly, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once the transaction is completed. This policy applies regardless of:
- Whether the product has been downloaded or not.
- A change of mind or accidental purchase.
- Incompatibility with your specific software or hardware configuration.
- Dissatisfaction with the aesthetic result of the product.
- Technical issues on the buyer’s end.

5. Delivery
Film Tone S3 is delivered exclusively as a digital download. Upon successful completion of payment, you will be automatically redirected to a secure download page where you can immediately access and download your files. No physical product will be shipped.
If you experience any difficulties accessing or completing your download, please contact us at dkweddingfilm@yahoo.com and we will assist you with instructions to complete your download. It is your responsibility to save and back up your downloaded files securely. DK VISUAL PRODUCTION LLC is not responsible for files lost after a successful download.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to this product, including but not limited to the LUT files, powergrade files, and any accompanying materials, remain the exclusive property of the seller. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to the buyer beyond the limited license described in Section 3.
Unauthorised copying, distribution, or reverse engineering of this product is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Compatibility
It is your responsibility to verify that this product is compatible with your video editing software, system specifications, and intended workflow before purchasing. The seller makes no guarantee of compatibility with any specific software application or version.
The product has been developed and tested with industry-standard colour grading software. For compatibility questions, please contact the seller before purchasing.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The seller does not warrant that the product will meet your specific requirements or achieve any particular creative result. Results will vary depending on the footage, camera, and software used.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the seller excludes all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. The seller’s total liability in connection with this product shall not exceed the purchase price paid (85 EUR).
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
11. Amendments
The seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated version. Continued use of the product or making a new purchase constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Your purchase is governed by the version of these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
